Close of the Spring SeasonJun 20,2010
Well loyal fans, it is now officially summer, and Exentrik is officially off the road for the next few months. We've had a fantastic run, concluding with wonderful performances at the Virginia Renaissance Faire (an event which is put on by some of the most awesome people we've met). We may have a few small appearances in the Raleigh area (we'll keep you posted), but until further notice look for us in action again this upcoming fall.

New tricks and new props in the works, so wish us luck as work on individual projects and train for the fall season.
Web Updates and Grand RevisionsMay 30,2010
Major website revisions are now mostly completed, as you can see, with tremendous thanks to Matt Fields.

We're just about to the close of our spring performance season, recently returning from the Maryland Faerie Festival. Wonderful time with great friends, fantastic performances and some of the best audiences we've had the pleasure to perform in front of.

We have 2 days of stage shows coming up next weekend at the Virginia Renaissance Faire, and then we'll be taking a short break while Jeffrey builds submersibles with the NCSU Underwater Robotics Club and Nick takes class at the American Dance Festival in Durham, NC. We'll probably still have some smaller local performances going on in the area, including Nick's regular performance as a living statue at Dos Taquitos Mexican Restaurant in Raleigh (on Creedmoor road, for those who might be interested).

New tricks, new props, new costumes, new sign-age, new footwear in the works over the summer, some new venues hopefully in the pipeline for Fall/Winter 2010, we'll keep you updated as things come along.

Potential performance at the Irish Music Festival in Raleigh on September 11th, baring any conflicts which might arise.

In the meantime, Nick has taken up hand-spinning, which means that his living room is entirely covered in yarn and errant bits of wool roving. The cats are intrigued.
